Engineered and manufactured in Canada and endorsed by the American Chiropractic Association, DualCool™ addresses one of the biggest complaints about memory foam mattresses - heat build up and retention.

FIRST COOLING LEVEL

DualCool™ delivers 2 types of cooling technologies for a truly unique product. The First cooling level begins on our top layer with our MEDI-GEL™ full 3” gel infused memory foam. This memory foam layer is infused with cooling gel during the mix stage of foam pouring which evenly distributes the cooling gel throughout the entire top layer of the mattress to ensure there are no hotspots.

SECOND COOLING LEVEL

The next cooling level comes from our copper lined cover. Copper is known to be a cooling agent, which is why we use thin copper strands and weave them into a polyester fabric to cover the mattress. In its simplest form the MEDI-GEL™ layer keeps the copper cover cool and the copper cover keeps you, the sleeper cool.

MEDI-FOAM™ LAYER

A third layer composed of our Medi-Foam™ material provides ideal comfort and reduces motion transfer.

WEIGHT BEARING MEDI-FOAM™ BASE

A fourth layer composed of an 8” inch weight bearing Medi-Foam™ base provides medium support for back and side sleepers.

SOY BASED STRUCTURE

Our MEDI-FOAM™ and MEDI-GEL™ formulations are CertiPUR-US® approved and Soy based which significantly neutralizes the off gassing smells associated with foam-based products.
